Shipping Information – A-Mart YEG

The products you order from A-Mart YEG are carefully packaged and delivered fresh, frozen, or refrigerated to ensure the highest quality.

Please review the following delivery information before placing your order:

📦 Delivery Information

  • Regular products are delivered on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
  • Freshly prepared products are delivered on Thursdays only.
  • We will notify you in advance of your expected delivery time.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your order during the scheduled delivery window.
  • All products are shipped frozen or refrigerated to maintain freshness and food safety.
  • Please refrigerate or freeze your items immediately after receiving them.

💳 Shipping Fees (Based on subtotal before tax)

  • Minimum order for home delivery: $80
  • Orders from $80 to $129: $10 delivery fee
  • FREE SHIPPING: Orders over $130 (Edmonton region only)

📌 Delivery fees and minimum order requirements may change without prior notice.

🚚 Apartment / Condo Deliveries
 For apartment and condo buildings, standard delivery will be made to the main entrance or lobby due to building access restrictions.
If you require door-to-door delivery, an additional $10 delivery fee will apply to cover parking and extra delivery time. Please select your preferred delivery option at checkout.

 To maintain product quality and food safety, A-Mart YEG cannot offer exchanges or refunds for products that become spoiled, thawed, or otherwise compromised due to missed deliveries or failure to receive the order during the scheduled delivery time.
